A take on Bubbie’s Banana Bread.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup applesauce
1/3 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 cups to 2 cups white whole wheat flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
Preparation:
Mix all wet ingredients.
Incorporate dry ingredients
Spray pan.
Bake at 350 degrees in loaf pan or muffin tin for 25 minutes
Sprinkle Chia seeds, oats or almond slivers for decoration and extra crunch.
