Ingredients:
8 potatoes
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
2 onion.
Soy oil
Preparation:
1. Grate potatoes and onions.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Heat skillet with oil (about an 1/8 of an inch.)
4. Form patties with spoon and fry until brown and flip.
5. Repeat.
