Ingredients:
1 lb. chicken liver
2 large onions
1 hard boiled egg
Mayonaise
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Sautee onions until soft
Add chicken livers and cook until no longer bloody
Remove from heat and let cool
Chop egg, onions, and liver
Combine with salt, pepper, and mayonaise to taste
Enjoy.
