I’m an urban farmer. I eat what I grow. I harvest an abundance of greens every day- to juice, eat raw, steam and saute [:)]

Ingredients:

Kale

Collards

Chard

Garlic

Ginger

Olive oil

Preparation:

Chop real small. Saute with low heat.
